BOB LOTER I called my Aunt Rose shortly after I found our older brother Bob Loter. She told me that my dad was dating Bob's mom Betty, and after he met my mom she said it was love at first sight and they got married and had us kid's. She did say that my mom had told her that Betty was expecting a baby and that she thought it was Bob's [my dad's] Rose also told me that her mom [my Grandma Phillips] knew it only to be a rumor. She said if Grandma did know it to be a fact that she probably hid it away in her sub conscience as she got older. I spoke to Aunt Marian about it shortly before she passed away. She was happy for me & Bobby that we had found Bob Loter. She said she didn't know anything about him either. She said that she was too young back then and that mom was closer to her sister [my Aunt Dorothy] and would have confided in her if anyone since Dorothy was alot older and plus the fact that they were so close. Aunt Marian was totally positive about it all and we had the nicest talk on the phone that day. She made it very clear that she had never heard anything to the contrary that my dad wasn't faithful to my mom. Aunt Norma said the same thing. That my dad loved my mom and only my mom. Aunt Marian told me that day that I didn't want to believe everything I heard. She was a super sweet lady, and I miss her terribly as I do all of my loved one's. She was a good person. My heart will always ache for Uncle Wendell and his family over losing her. It's been very difficult on the whole family to have lost their precious Marian and her little 10 year old Granddaughter Sadie. My heart goes out to everybody who knew and loved Marian & Sadie Shaner. I know poor Aunt Barb has had a heck of a time accepting her sister Marian's death. It takes alot of time to get past it hurting so bad. I love Uncle Wendell and his wonderful family. Aunt Marian & Sadie are in heaven with all of our loved one's who went before them and we'll see them when it's our time to take that journey someday. Aunt Norma used to ask me all the time how Wendell Jr. & Samantha were doing. She told her oldest daughter Wilma that she felt so sorry for me & Bobby losing our Aunt Marian because we had been through so much and then she dies! It was so nice that Uncle Wendell, Wendell Jr., Aunt Bonnie and Aunt Carole, Brenda & Debbie to go to Bobby's for his & Julie's daughter Brooke's college graduation. It was so good to get to see everybody! It's sad too that we lost Aunt Rose & Uncle Don both since Aunt Norma, Aunt Marain & Sadie died, and Grandma Phillips. Prior to their passing, I lost my nephew Rusty Parsano at the young age of 22 whom I loved very much also. Rusty is the son of my sister Shirley and brother-in law Russell. He had a terminally ill disease that took him home to Jesus Sept. 2, 2002. Rusty has 2 brother's, Jimmy & Robert. My other sister Sharon also has a 10 year old son that has the same disease. His name is "JASON" Rayburn. His dad's name is Roy. Mom would be glad that Bobby & I had 2 half sisters and 1 half brother to share our lives with.
