MARGE 7th March 2008

My dad was devastated when my mom died. He didn't want to live without her. Only 1 week before he was killed in a car wreck while on his way home from work he went to see Grandma Phillips [his mother] where she worked and was crying because he missed her so much and wanted to be with her. This poem is perfect in memory of my parents "Bob & Louise Phillips". My dad loved her very much. God answered my dad's prayer and took him home to be with my mom 08-28-1965. Now their together forever! Together I do not ask for wealth or fame But just to live with you- To feel your charm and loving presence About me all life through- I never want to stray beyond The reach of your strong hand- or lose the music of your voice That says you under- stand- I dream of you and cherish you No matter what the weather- The only thing I ask of god Is that we be together!
